If your phone is unlocked, you can buy a pre-paid German sim card with flat internet data plans. You will need an address to do this, however the marina address with your passport should work. There are countless good value pre-paid sim packages available, even Aldi and Lidl supermarkets sell these sim cards. O2 and Blau have good offers and most you can use anywhere in Europe for 30 days.
