All visitors must have a passport valid for the duration of their stay.

Visa are required by all except nationals of the EU, Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, USA, and Uruguay for visits of up to 30 days.

If visas are required, they must be obtained before arrival.

Yachts and crews from visa-free countries may stay up to 30 days. Extensions are possible but do not wait until the last minute to obtain the extension.

Proof of departure by yacht required if crew arriving via airport. This typically can be accomplished with a letter from the skipper/owner of the yacht declaring intended departure date.
