From Spanish Water into Willemstad, take the 6A bus, which stops at the traffic circle to the right of the marina gate. Take the bus to the last stop at the Punda Bus Station for clearance. There is only this one bus which is not very frequent, so an hour or more wait may be required to return.
Cost 2 Guilder or $1 US per person.
Buses take much longer than a taxi (which takes 30 minutes) to get into Willemstad.

Taxis from Spanish Water into Willemstad take 30 minutes (when no traffic delays).
Taxis cost USD$60 per hour.
Renting a car costs approx. USD$40 for the day.
There are many car rental companies available that deliver the car to Spanish Water.
