Arrival by Yacht:

A Customs Declaration must be completed on arrival and expensive, electronic and compouter equipment noted.

Length of Stay:

As a member of the EU, non-EU yachts are subject to the 18-month Temporary Importation rules. See EU Vat Page.

Other Items:

• Guns in Bulgaria are regulated by the Ministry of the Interior and the European Commission. Citizens are allowed to possess firearms, but only with a license.
• Firearms must be declared and may be impounded or sealed on board until departure.
