The typical transportation option to Sarajevo from Neum is by bus or hired car. There is no train station in Neum, but trains service the major inland cities.
There are no international ferries to Neum.
Neum is in the Neum Corridor, a small strip of land separating two areas of Croatia. There is a borderless highway between sections of Croatia, but travel to Croatia from Neum will require a passport check. Always get your passport stamped.
