It is illegal to import, export, supply/offer, produce or use a controlled drug in the Territory. It is also illegal to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis. Any person found in possession of a controlled drug is liable to be imprisoned and/or ordered to pay a fine of an unlimited amount.
Any gun brought into the territory must have a BIOT Gun Licence.
