Credit cards (American Express, VISA, Diners and Master Card) are widely accepted. There may be difficulties in changing traveller's check outside Buenos Aires.
ATMs are in most towns.
With the unstable economy, ATMs give out less cash with a higher tax. It is recommended to come to Argentina with cash.
