Opened in 2012, seven kms (4.3 miles) south of Odessa. Small marina and private club with an apartment complex, but welcome visiting yachts. Water, electricity and fuel. Boatyard with travelift, winter storage ashore and repairs. Resort with pool, spa and tennis courts etc.
