The Estonian Maritime Museum oversees the operations of the marina at the airport, located on the west side of Tallinn Bay. The airport has 11 berths, including 6 floating berths. There are 100 berths for pleasure craft in the marina.
Services and facilities include electricity, water, toilet, shower, restrooms, sauna, laundry, wifi, video surveillance, cafe, winter storage, pressure washer, and paid parking.
There are also museum ships at the marina, the oldest of which is the ice-breaker Suur Tõll.
