SFYC is located on Raccoon Strait across from Angel Island. Founded in 1869, the San Francisco Yacht Club is the oldest club on the Pacific Coast. It is sited in the tranquil surroundings of Belvedere Cove and its superb harbor. It operates a year-round facility including the harbor, a dry sail area, a full-service restaurant and bar.(37°52.355'N, 122° 27.778' W) Visitors from other recognized yacht clubs are welcome. The guest dock is in front of the Clubhouse.
