Although 12nm up the Ria, this marina has access to significant facilities ashore. It is located in a commercial harbour, although a safe distance away and within a high walled basin giving excellent protection (and making it very hot and windless in the summer). Berths are a mixture of finger and stern-to mooring on wooden floating pontoons for boats up to 30m. The pontoons are very tired with broken planks in places, so care should be taken when walking ashore. In general, the marina has rather a "run down" feel about it. Advance contact recommended as marineros tend to be "absent" much of the time and the arrival pontoon is normally full. Water, electricity, showers, laundry, WiFi, 24-hour security with card operated gates. There is a good bar/restaurant overlooking the marina as part of the clubhouse.
Boat maintenance, electronic repairs, sailmaker - contact through the marina office. There is a 35-ton travelift in the marina and 70-ton travel lift at the Astillero next to the marina. Fuel berth inside the inner breakwater, stbd. side.
Secure marina for winter storage, space ashore for hard standing. Good place for crew changes (flights from Santiago de Compostela). The town is within walking distance, there's a McDonalds next door and a playground/park opposite.
