Boatyard and Docking facility. Wall with stern-to dockage, but limited facilities. Water-limited, showers and toilets, part-time power (3-4hrs per day), workshops, bar, liveaboards welcome. No security.
Haulout with 30-ton Cono-lift which is a hydraulic trailer. Likely outside contractor will be required to haul the boat up the ramp. Hardstanding.
