The marina is located at the entrance to the Penfeld and near the city center of Brest. It is well protected by the shelter of the military port.
It has 650 berths on the cat-way, some are reserved for stopover boats, a strip along the La Pérouse breakwater can accommodate large vessels. The port, in deep water, is permanently accessible.
