Viveros is a private island. The marina is still under construction but has berthing for around 6 boats on floating pontoons behind the breakwater. Mooring prices for a boat up to 40ft is $45 per day and up to 60 feet $65 per day. A 25% discount is available for longer stays. Water, diesel and gasoline are available on request. The dockmaster Nettomar can be reached on 6495-2301, 6349-9869. There are a resort and restaurant. There is a ferry that runs between the marina and the Balboa Yacht Club. Ferry cost for berth holders is $70 round trip and $80 between the marina and Trump Tower.
