Located near the southeastern tip of Penang Island - 05º 16.91’N, 100º 17.56’E. Has 4 slipways that can accommodate vessels up to 180 tons. A marine travel lift is also available to haul out yachts/boats up to 70 tons. Fully equipped to handle a range of vessels. Facilities include 2 vessel construction hangars, propeller & shaft workshops, carpentry workshops, fiberglass workshops, 2 acres of open dry storage, piping works, Wi-Fi internet services, and canteen. LBM’s areas of specialization include steel & aluminum works; mechanical & electrical works; fiberglass lamination works; steel & fiberglass fabrication works; hull surface preparation & painting; carpentry & deck works; propeller & shaft works; and osmosis treatment.
