As an official Port of Entry, the marina provides Customs and Immigration clearance 24 hours daily.
Facilities include fresh water, electricity, 24-hour security, berthing assistance, showers and washrooms, fuel station, crew facilities and changing rooms, wifi, internet, telephone, cable, waste oil disposal, pump out, buggy service, a chandlery shop, concierge services and accommodation with shops, spa, fitness facilities, and restaurants.
The marina has a boatyard for light repairs and maintenance. A 100-ton travel lift, a 40-ton trailer, a hardstanding area, and a slipway.
