Buku-Larrnggay Mulka Centre is the Indigenous community controlled art centre of Northeast Arnhem Land located in Yirrkala, a small Aboriginal community. It is about 18kms from Nhulunbuy.
If you are just visiting the centre, a permit is not required, but if you want to explore the community and see their pristine beaches, then a permit is required from the Northern Land Council.
