Located opposite Casa Rosada.
Run by Jim and Marlene Hinkle, a very friendly and helpful café/restaurant which opened in 2014.
Jim welcomes sailors, has good internet access, cooks good food, and makes wonderful fresh juices. He is also happy for cruisers to sit outside and use his Wi-Fi whenever he is not there.
This has now become the sailor's favorite venue and Jim can help out with most problems.
