Thieves stole a dinghy and outboard that were both chain locked to a yacht which was anchored off Roosevelt Roads on island of Puerto Rico.

STOLEN ITEMS: RIB Dinghy w/ Suzuki 15 HP Outboard

SECURED: Locked

DETAILS:

Owners were not onboard their yacht anchored off Roosevelt Roads when their dinghy and outboard were stolen overnight. The dinghy was chained/locked to the foredeck, and the outboard was chained/locked to the stern mount. A police report was made.
