90-ton travelift with 10m width - wide enough to accommodate a 70ft catamaran. Approaching depths 7ft or less (there are plans to dredge). Good drainage. Extensive repair and maintenance facilities. Large shed. Large concreted yard area (but not large enough for long-term storage).
Owners and crew are not permitted to stay on board in the yard. Manager Luis Carrasquilla previously worked with the competing Ferroalquimar yard.
