Phase I: 12 wet slips accommodating boats to 90’ and 1,500 linear feet floating docks for wet slip, staging and transient tie-up.
Facilities: Two fully enclosed boat storage, 24-hr security, forklifts, restrooms and showers, pump-out, potable water, electric, fuel pumps (gasoline, diesel), wifi, lounge, parking, provisions, marine shop for essential fishing and boating needs.
Services: Onsite repair and maintenance, 125-ton travel lift, mechanical repair, electrical services, A/C, plumbing, and refrigeration, fiberglass, aluminum and stainless steel repair. Land and water shuttle service are available.
