Consular sessions are held on Tuesdays from 10 am-noon. No appointment is necessary - cases are treated on a first come first serve basis. Appointments are available for those who can not wait for these sessions.
The agency is located in the Tamanu Iti center, on the 1st floor next to the US Info store service. The center is near Le Méridien hotel just after the Punaru'u roundabout.
