Contact Yolanda at least one week before your visit to Bintan Island. She will ask you to email various documents to her several days before you arrive and will facilitate clearance into and out of Indonesia at this location.
Note: A recent cruiser report (November 2022) indicated that Yolanda have been replaced by another lady who does not understand or speak English very well.
