Marina, moorings, anchorage, restaurant, simple showers, accommodation, fuel, and WiFi. Chandlery on site which stocks most common materials at a good price. Electricity is available but expect frequent "brownouts". Water is available but very restricted. Five gallons bottles can be purchased at the marina for 30 pesos a piece.
Usually closes around 19:00, later on Saturdays after an afternoon barbecue. There is a small fee for bringing goods through the gates - from 20 to 100 pesos, but can be refunded if you purchase a drink at the Yacht Club bar.
