Formerly known as the Hilton Marina. Location between Porlamar and Pampatar. 231 berths. Basic facilities - water and electricity at some slips. Described as a "big open-ended bathtub with bollards". Conditions are basic and rough. However, this is probably the most secure berthing option available.
